HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Microbladed eyebrows last 1 to 2 years for most clients before it usually needs a touch up. This can vary depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and how you take care of them.
DOES IT HURT?
Most clients say they feel little to no pain. Topical anesthetic is applied prior (and during if needed) so you can feel at ease throughout the duration of the appointment.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCEDURE?
A microblading sessions consists of a consultation the day of, where we review your lifestyle and daily brow maintenance. We then map the brows according to your facial structure to have a beautiful balanced proportion. Once you agree with the artist on the perfect brow shape, the microblading process begins. The entire session usually takes a total of 2-2.5 hours.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAL?
You'll be able to wear your new brows back to brunch! In the first 7-10 days, you'll need to avoid getting them too wet (avoid face directly in the shower), working out heavily (intense sweating), being in major sun for extended periods of time, or wearing brow makeup. Please see aftercare for more details.
WHEN SHOULD I GET A TOUCH UP? HOW MUCH IS IT?
The first touch-up should be scheduled 4-8 weeks after your initial microblading appointment. This 4-8 week touch-up has a $50 booking fee (to cover disposable tools, pigment, numbing & the artists time). After then, we charge touch-up’s based on how long it’s been since your last microblading appointment with us. See the main Microblading page for pricing.
WHO IS INELIGIBLE FOR MICROBLADING?
Microblading-only technique is not recommended for those with excessively oily skin or very large pores. If that's you, you may want a shading or combo brow (shading & microblading technique). We do not provide microblading for people:
